We can't guarantee anything in terms of delivery times

International shipping times vary so significantly that
we won't have enough control over
delivery times to know exactly when packages will arrive.

Transit times can vary GREATLY**
Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45
days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days.
When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this,
it is in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we cannot do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service.
**CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES
We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates. Most packages go through without any charges, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your country"s customs and duty policies.
*TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being frozen at a major US port (like LosAngeles), but this doesn't mean your package isn't moving, it's just that it"s moving overseas.

CHANGES TO ORDER OR CANCELLATIONS
To serve you better and maintain the shortest production
times possible, we can only accept changes made to orders
within 12 hours of placing an order.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

RETURNS
We accept unworn returns and/or exchanges within 7 days
of when your package was
delivered, with the following exceptions:
- Returns are NOT accepted on custom pieces, unless we made
an error.
- Earrings are non-returnable.

- Please pack the item carefully.
- Returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.

For returns, we refund the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES
INCORRECT LENGTH
If you didn't order the correct length, we have two options.
*TOO SHORT?
- You can add a removable extender to correct any length up to 3" FOR AN ADDTIIONAL $5
(Chain necklaces only, does not apply to beaded necklaces)
-Contact us to request one or check the box to add one when checking out
-Or you can send it back to us and we will adjust it for
you here in the studio.
- We charge a re-working fee of $5 for each piece.

EXCHANGES FOR DIFFERENT ITEM
- We accept unworn/non-custom exchanges on orders within 7 days of when your package was delivered.
- Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
- Return shipping charges are your resposibility.
GIFTS
We are more than happy to box each item separately
for you but we also try to be responsible with unnecessary
packaging.
If certain item are intended as gifts and you want each item in its
own box, please leave us a note in the message box when you check out.
Otherwise, each piece will be placed in its own bag
that will go into the same box, with one set of care instructions.
